Please note that our Reservation service is open from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am to 12 pm, and from 1 pm to 3:30 pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Specific conditions for postponements and cancellations
All modifications and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to the following email address: reservations@lenukuhiva.com

• Bookings canceled or modified up to 31 days prior to scheduled arrival date: no penalty
• Bookings canceled or modified from 30 to 8 days prior the scheduled arrival date: 60% of the total booking amount
• Bookings canceled or modified 7 days prior the scheduled arrival date, or during the stay, or in case of no-show: the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Same conditions apply to shortened stays.
